If for some reason you want to return your order, or if your jewelry is damaged in any way upon delivery, you can do so within 4 days from the date of receiving the parcel.  However, in the case of a damaged product it will be replaced and sent back immediately.

The conditions for returns or exchange are:

• Returning  jewelry in its original condition, and if possible placing it in the original packaging, enclosing the receipt or invoice.
• We do not accept COD returns.
• A full refund is always made through your bank account/credit card.

Please inform us prior to returning your jewelry so that we are aware of any shipping issues.
This will also help us to ensure you receive a full and timely refund in the case of non replacement.  No exchanges or refunds will be issued until the goods have been delivered back to us. 

If you have damaged your jewellery it can be repaired. The repairing fee depends on the extent of damage.
